Terms of Service

1. The Service

ShipOrSleep helps makers track focused work, manage projects, publish public maker profiles, create Launch Pages, unlock achievements, join leaderboards, and generate share cards.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity that happens under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials private.

3. Membership and Billing

• ShipOrSleep includes free features, including focused work tracking, projects, public profiles, and one public Launch Page.
• The first 100 paid Founding Members keep the stated founding member price for as long as their membership remains active.
• Payments, invoices, and card processing are handled by Stripe.

4. Founding Members

Founding Member rank is assigned only to paid members, in the order the successful membership payment is confirmed. Once assigned, the rank is permanent. If a Founding Member later cancels, their historical listing can remain, while extra Founding Member Launch Pages or paid-only visibility may be hidden while inactive.

5. Public Profiles and Launch Pages

You control what you publish. Public profiles and Launch Pages may include your name, username, avatar, bio, project details, links, tracked work, achievements, activity, and progress. You are responsible for the content and links you publish.

If your membership becomes inactive, your free public profile and first public Launch Page can remain visible. Extra Launch Pages beyond the free allowance and paid-only link visibility may be hidden until your membership is active again.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ShipOrSleep to publish or promote:

• Illegal, harmful, misleading, or abusive content.
• Spam, scams, malware, phishing, or deceptive links.
• Content that violates intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Attempts to disrupt, scrape, overload, or abuse the service.

7. Your Content

You keep ownership of the content you add to ShipOrSleep. You give us permission to host, display, process, and share that content only as needed to operate and promote the service features you use.

8. Cancellation and Refund Policy

You can cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals, but it does not automatically delete your account or private tracking data.

First-time subscribers may request a full refund within seven (7) calendar days of the initial subscription payment by emailing support@shiporsleep.com. Refunds are limited to one per customer and will be issued to the original payment method. After the 7-day period, payments are generally final and non-refundable.

This refund policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.

9. Availability and Changes

We aim to keep ShipOrSleep reliable, but we do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Features, limits, and pricing may change, but existing Founding Member price rules will be respected as described above.

10. Liability

ShipOrSleep is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, ANMEDIA SRL is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
