ShipOrSleep helps makers track focused work, publish public maker profiles, create Launch Pages, unlock achievements, and share progress. For privacy questions, contact us at support@shiporsleep.com.

2. Information We Collect

• Account information: name, email address, username, avatar, authentication provider, and profile settings.
• Profile and public content: public bio, website links, project details, Launch Pages, achievements, and public profile visibility settings.
• Work tracking data: projects, sessions, tracked time, streaks, activity maps, calendar activity, and goals.
• Payment information: subscription status, customer identifiers, invoices, and payment events received from Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
• Technical data: device/browser information, IP address, cookies, logs, and security events needed to run and protect the service.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your ShipOrSleep account.
• To save projects, sessions, goals, profiles, and launches.
• To process memberships, invoices, and cancellations.
• To show public profiles, Launch Pages, leaderboards, and badges.
• To prevent spam, abuse, fraud, and security issues.
• To improve the product and understand usage in aggregate.
• To send service messages, account emails, and support replies.

4. Legal Bases

We process personal data when it is needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, protect legitimate business and security interests, or when you give consent, such as for optional cookies or public profile visibility.

5. Public Information

If you enable a public profile or publish a Launch Page, the information you choose to publish may be visible to anyone. If your membership becomes inactive, your free public profile and first public Launch Page can remain visible, while extra paid-only visibility may be hidden until reactivation.

6. Services We Use

ShipOrSleep may use trusted providers for hosting, authentication, database storage, analytics, email, and payments. These providers may process data only as needed to support ShipOrSleep.

7. Data Retention

We keep account and product data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Some records may be kept longer when required for security, tax, accounting, legal, or dispute purposes.

8. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, including in the EU/EEA, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, export, or object to certain processing of your personal data. You may also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
